No worries, brother in green. I know you're a good hearted soul!

On another note, bidets scare me. I've never used one, but they still scare me.

Aldra (Consciously Frugal), Thanks for the links. You're right, the vast majority of women around the globe are forced into the trade against their will and it is, without a doubt, a crime against humanity.

That said, I respect governments that do their best to fight that circumstance by trying to create a legitimate and safe working environment for the profession. In my opinion, it's one of those catch 22 situations where "the lesser evil" must be selected in order to create the safest environment possible for a very treacherous industry.

I certainly had no intention to make light of the suffering of the many unwilling sex workers worldwide.

Kevin - Check out Jeff's comment. A hand held model might be just what you're looking for.

A hand held bathroom bidet sprayer is so much better than a stand alone bidet or bidet seat and this is why:1. It's less expensive (potentially allot less) 2. You can install in yourself = no plumber expense 3. It works better by providing more control of where the water spray goes and a greater volume of water flow. 4. It requires no electricity and there are few things that can go wrong with it. 5. It doesn't take up any more space, many bathrooms don't have room for a stand alone bidet. 6. You don’t have to get up and move from the toilet to the bidet which can be rather awkward at times to say the least. Available at http://www.bathroomsprayers.com One review: http://jonathanandandrea.blogspot.com/2009/04/spray-it-or-scrub-it.html

I've always wanted a bidet, but the cost to install one is prohibitive. I've threatened to buy the in-seat variety, but haven't found one I like at a good price so far. Have a good weekend!

Dude! I check this baby everyday via the sidebar on my blog. I even come back to check out the comments to see what other folks say. Do you feel the love? It didn't even occur to me to subscribe, but of course I should. Ya need to know who reads this puppy regularly! Doing that right now.

And as a woman who has worked with organizations fighting human trafficking and the violence of prostitution, I would like to offer some other links regarding that topic.

'Cuz seriously, the whole "Jenny's just doing this to make money for college!" "This is woman's empowerment!" is an anomaly experience. The vast majority of "sex workers" across the globe are in some form of slavery, and everytime we make light of prostitution, we invalidate the living nightmare it is for nearly all the women and children forced into it. The fact that "sex work" is the only way in which some women can feed their families in many areas is a testament to how vital economic opportunities are for women worldwide. And when women do well, the whole community does well. I'll shut up now and let these folks do the talking (I know you were intending to be lighthearted about this, but there's just nothing lighthearted about this subject)--
